The culinary arts classes in our school are unique in that students who are beginners, intermediate and advanced in our program work collaboratively to emulate an actual restaurant kitchen. This generates more success in mastering the skills f or the culinary arts because the learning combines various skill and experience levels of the students affording them the opportunity to be the teacher and the learner. Students may work towards various kitchen positions. The program teaches students kitchen safety and sanitation, food preparation as well as hospitality. Our hands-on culinary courses at CAAS are rewarding and effective in developing organizational skills, sharpening communication skills, and promoting group work.
